Situated in the charming village of Combiers, on the banks of the Lizonne, nicknamed the Crystal River, the cabane du feuillardier (hardwood hut) can be discovered at a bend in the road to Combiers. This traditional structure was used by the feuillardiers, also known as cercliers, to make the circles of chestnut lath used to surround the barrels when they were being made. Take the time to observe it before continuing your tour of the village.
