The explorations of House Martell
Signature Martell by Alexandre Mazzia is an exclusive gastronomic experience co-created by Christophe Valtaud, Martell's Cellar Master, and Alexandre Mazzia, a three-Michelin-starred chef. The signature elements of the chef's cuisine are featured in the Signature Martell menu and crafted to reveal the rich nuances of the cognacs exclusively produced for this restaurant.
Signature Martell by Alexandre MAZZIA received - in 2025 - the following awards: Winner Europe's Best Culinary Experience and Best Of Wine Tourism (Culinary Experiences category) by Great Wine Capitals.

Martell signature by Alexandre Mazzia
Château de Chanteloup, long the residence of the Martell family, is opening its doors to the public for the very first time in its history with Signature Martell by Alexandre Mazzia, starting in July 2024. Co-created by Martell's Cellar Master, Christophe Valtaud, and three-Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Mazzia, this intimate experience is conceived around cognac and gastronomy. The décor of the space has been designed to reflect both the Château and the Cognac region. A signature cognac cocktail created by Christophe Valtaud and Martell's Master Mixologist, Rémy Savage, is offered at the bar. After dinner in the grand salon, you can enjoy a final cognac and discover the most exclusive editions from Maison Martell, available for purchase at the Château.
