- As its name suggests, this building is a place for preserving and presenting the town's heritage. Permanent exhibitions tell the story of the town's industrial past, and show how working techniques have evolved over time. Terracotta was an essential material at the time, and had many uses, as demonstrated by the various objects on display. A potter gives a turning demonstration on Sunday mornings during the market.
